The home of our latest design project is 988 Boulevard of the Arts, otherwise known as Condo on the Bay Tower II. This building on Florida’s beautiful Sarasota Bay offers residents luxurious living, stunning vistas and a world of entertainment possibilities. With such a great location, we had plenty of inspiration to create a beautiful space for our clients. Clean, modern, cool and inviting were the key words with this project.

One of the best-kept design secrets, a cowhide rug never fails to give any common area a subtle luxe-but-lived-in feel, especially with metallic accents to elevate the message from rustic to chic. With this hint of glam to build upon, we balanced the room with classic cool colors throughout.

Custom swivels and a cement coffee table offer a welcoming space to gather with your guests. The industrial element of concrete atop the metallic rug balances the textures of this area and integrates a minimalist modern design sure to last. Accent pillows add a geometric color pop of navy and teal and black in combination with the primary white.
A Planum leather free form sofa establishes a secondary social space, complete with Lee Industries swivels surrounding an Oggetti coffee table. In today’s contemporary interiors, the boundaries between design and art are blurred giving way to furniture pieces that can double as artwork. In the midst of clean lines throughout the condo, this coffee table’s curving shape draws the eye immediately, making it a perfect statement piece.

In the dining area, we placed a custom 60” square table and chairs in white to pull from the white custom swivels and white Concept Counter stools at the bar across the room. The grey concrete table and chairs are distributed strategically. And the browns from the kitchen walls, barstool legs and tan couch all come together to create a beautifully balanced color palette in this condo. Feeling inspired?
